Franklin Mills Skate Park's website. Anybody who has any interest in attending a trip up there should print one out right now and get it signed for future reference. To everyone under 18, you need to have it notarized, which means its signed by your parent in front of somebody who has the authority to witness it. Your parents should know where you can get it done. The link for the waivers are on the left hand side.
