I feel like every time I post on here I start off with
saying “Wow, it’s been a while since I’ve posted on here” but here we go…
WOW It’s been a long time since I’ve posted on here. So much has happened since the last update so
here’s whats happened in a nut shell.
About two weeks before the deadline for filming, I took a
pretty serious crash in Vineland. Ending
my video part and making filming everybody else extremely difficult. Still everybody was able to more or less fill
out an entire part and I was stoked on that.
I had to hook up with Bob Williams of 40z fame to capture
all the tapes from the VX since my computer, was just not cooperating. Huge thanks to him because the video flat out
wouldn’t have happened if it weren’t for that.
Editing took about two weeks of 7 or 8 hour sessions per
day. Needless to say I was fried, but
it’s a labor of love! Josh’s was the
last part to be finished two nights before the premiere…
The Premiere was really fun, we had a bunch of grind boxes
and rails out front of Josh’s house.
Pretty sure Bob has some footage of all of that and if it ever comes up
online I’ll be sure to throw that on here.
We had a pretty good turnout of friends old and new alike. Pizza and beer were consumed and good times
were had in Josh’s Garage. If you missed
it, you can get a copy of the video off of me just get a hold of me on facebook
and we’ll work out the details.
Bringing us to where we are now..Winter…
There have been a couple indoor sessions while a bunch of
the guys are home from college for Winter break. Some Clips have been clocked, not exactly
sure what will become of them but hey, why not?
I’m hoping to get my computer working with the VX so it won’t be such a
pain in the ass to capture everything.
Piney BMX is NOT dead; we’re just between projects for now. Be on the lookout for some web content in the
near future but until then keep on shredding.
